My family and I have been in Texas almost 2 years now. One of the things my wife and I miss about Minneapolis was the wonderful croissants at the Colette Bistro. It was a wonderful little French bakery attached to the Sofitel hotel there. We talk about them often. They were so warm and delicious. I did not think any croissants this side of France would ever come close. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when our box of gourmet croissants arrived from 1800Bakery.com. My daughter Destiny say the chocolate ones where the best, I really enjoyed the Raspberry filled croissants (they were awesome).
